Kumachan, singer-songwriter of Hip-Hop music, was known early on in the underground hip-hop scene for his highly skilled wordplay and his strong technical flow and delivery. Kumanchan is the winner of the "Best Mandarin Album" at the 34th GMA, the "Best Lyricist" at the 33rd GMA, the "Best Hip-Hop Song" at the 12th Golden Indie Music Awards, and both "Best Hip-Hop Song" and "Best Hip-Hop Album" at the 13th Golen Indie Music Awards.
In 2021, Kumachan participated as the judge of the TV reality show "The Rappers", where he collaborated with several Hip-Hop artists to produce the theme song 〈Give Me A Reason〉.
In 2022, Kumachan held his solo concert "PRO MAX".
